For a long time now, making carrot cake was on my to do list... The first time I ate it, I was at Starbucks, a long time ago. Then, I ate it again in Edinburgh, at Clarinda's Tea Room and I wondered why I haven't made this yet...
I will also make this for a wedding in june.. Combined with vanilla buttercream... Yumm!
